Why does writing involve so much other stuff?
Tonight I’m procrastinating writing a synopsis. I really don’t enjoy writing synopses. Especially because I write mysteries, and I don’t like to give away the ending. In writing. It physically hurts to put my ending down in black and white.
Then there’s the time I spend researching publishers, editors and agents. And the time between sending out a query and receiving a response.
Hmm, revision might be a good way to avoid writing that synopsis.

Hi Vicki,
Your new blog looks great! I can totally relate to the procrastination thing. In fact, just a few days ago, I procrastinated for a couple of hours by writing a blog post about…procrastination. Isn’t it great to know we’re not alone in our struggles?
